you eat normal, the tea does not replace the meals. The plans are sent by email, sometimes they end up in the spam folder. Check there and if there is a problem write to us.
This is the usage:
pour 5g (1tbsp) with 500ml of hot water. Brew 7-9 minutes. This is the daily dose. Divide that in half and drink the first half 15 minutes before breakfast and the other half 15 minutes before lunch.
